Positions Available: Animal Care Technician

Position Description:  If you are looking for a fast-paced, high energy and extremely rewarding career opportunity, look no further. As an Animal Care Technician, you will be the back- bone of our company. Our foundation is a clean store with clean, healthy animals. You will become a member of our Technician Team to keep our store running smoothly. Duties will include: cleaning and caring for all animals, stocking supplies and merchandise, and customer service.

4.   Use reference material and other available resources to become familiar with animals and their care requirements

Position Title:          Customer Support Associate

Detailed Position Description:  This is a fast-paced, high energy and extremely rewarding career opportunity. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining our standards in both Customer Service and animal care. Our foundation is a clean store with clean, happy and healthy animals. Duties will include: cleaning and caring for all animals, stocking supplies and merchandise, and customer service.

1.   Complete Check-List of daily and weekly tasks in allotted time

2.   Follow each task through to completion

3.   Meet cleanliness standards

4.   Use reference material and other available resources to become familiar with animals and their care requirements

5.   Treat animals with compassion, take their care and needs seriously

Full & Part time positions available. Experience is helpful, but not required. Must be available Mornings & Weekends. Pay dependant on experience.
